Dr Susandra van Wyk Invited by FISA to Deliver Presentation at Annual General Meeting

We are delighted to inform you that Susandra van Wyk, a member of our team, was invited to deliver a presentation at the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa's (FISA) Annual General Meeting, which was held on March 15th, 2023, both in person at Belmont Square, Cape Town, and online via GoToMeeting. FISA is the only professional body that focuses solely on fiduciary practitioners in Southern Africa. It sets high minimum standards for the profession and provides consumer education on fiduciary matters.

Dr van Wyk's presentation allowed participants to earn continuing professional development (CPD) points. The presentation was titled: "Redistribution Agreements in Deceased Estates: Unpacking the Master's Office Assumed Approval Authority and Practical Strategies for Challenging It."
