Law Journal Publication on Redistribution Agreements in Deceased Estates by Dr Susandra van Wyk

We are pleased to announce that Dr Susandra van Wyk has recently published an academic article on redistribution agreements in South African deceased estates in the university law journal: Potchefstroom Electronic Law Journal. Dr van Wyk's interest in this area dates back to her time at the Master's office in Bloemfontein, where she worked for eight years while completing her B.Iuris and LLB degrees. Her LL.M thesis in Estate Law focused on the practical and theoretical application of South African redistribution agreements in deceased estates. This was also published in the Journal of Estate Planning Law. She later wrote a D Litt et Phil thesis about legal agreements found in Old Babylonian textual sources that share similarities with contemporary redistribution agreements.
